ICC Indonesia 2nd Arbitration Day

          ICC International Court of Arbitration in collaboration with ICC Indonesia has initiated the 2nd ICC Indonesia Arbitration Day. It was held on the 21st November 2019 at the Pullman Hotel Jakarta, Indonesia. The second time around, ICC Indonesia is facilitating the participants with even more relevant topic on both domestic and international arbitration.

The topic of the conference started from an overview of international and domestic arbitration, third party funding on international arbitration, emergency arbitration with a mock arbitration session, and a focus on dispute in energy, construction, & infrastructure. The topics were carried out in a panel session. The panel member were experts, having many years of practice on international arbitration and the related industry.

The 2nd ICC Indonesia Arbitration Day also involves many parties from dynamic backgrounds and countries ranging from Asian countries, Europe, and Australia. The speakers also come from various law firms and consulting firms such as from Singapore, India, Australia, and The Netherlands. This is one amongst many objectives of the 2nd ICC Indonesia Arbitration Day which is to connect people from different background. The programme was also designed to suit both beginner and expert participants.
