The 2026 ICC Rules of Arbitration entered into force on 1 June 2026 and govern the management of cases received by the ICC International Court of Arbitration® from that date onward.
Developed with input from the global arbitration community, the updated Rules enhance efficiency, clarity, and case management while preserving the flexibility that users expect from ICC arbitration proceedings.
